Computersecurityguide.com – History Since 2004
When we bought this domain name we were looking around the whois and so on, and noticed that the original site dates back to 2004!
We went up to the Wayback machine at the brilliant archive.org. Anyways it turns out that the site/domain was originally a site concerned about computer security and how to protect your PC. Which is what the site is about now.
But someone else had it in 2007 and they were promoting nasty ways of hacking. Along with a message about ‘don’t do any of these things but here’s how to do them anyway’. Not impressed. By the way they were only snapshots we were looking at, so don’t bother looking it up if you are one of the nasty types.
So thankfully Computer Security Guide.com is once again promoting ways to keep your computer safe from hackers and the like.
There are preventative measures you can take which will help protect you from an attack while you’re online. Let’s face it that’s a lot right?
Attacks include Viruses, Trojans, People, and various other means. Take the simple steps outlined on this site and help keep your PC in tip-top condition.
Think of it this way. You wouldn’t go out leaving your house front door and the windows left wide open now would you? Its easy to correct that. Close and lock the doors and windows. Don’t ask to be robbed.
Well with the computer you can take the same security steps as you would to protect your house. Don’t leave it wide open to attack.
You can find out about them on this site which is all about ways to protect your computer, and NOT about hacking other people’s PC’s. Now would you do that anyway?
